We had a pleasant stay overall, with a comfy king-size bed and a very good breakfast that included a variety of options. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome, especially during check-in. However, the elevator was out of service during our visit, which was a bit inconvenient since we were on the third floor.

Hot breakfast was a winner, and our Standard Queen Room was spacious and cozy. The staff went above and beyond, even bringing our suitcase up when the elevator was down. Plus, they hooked us up with a free appetizer coupon at Texas Roadhouse, which was a nice touch!

Not having an elevator was a real buzzkill, especially with an elderly customer and my granddaughter on crutches. The keys were all wonky too, which added to the hassle. A heads up would have saved us some grief!
